Pre-Hiring Assessment for Sales Candidates

DESCRIPTION
The Sales Candidate Assessment uses the National Sales Challenge as a baseline, with some modification of the questions. However, it does NOT make hiring recommendations. It provides managers with advice on a candidate's strengths and weaknesses, and how they might affect performance, type of sales best suited for, as well as questions to ask during the interview.

PURPOSE

  • Used in conjunction with TTI's DISC and PIAV, this paints a fuller pre-hiring picture of each candidate
  • Could identify companies who are hiring from the classified section of newspaper and invite them to take assessment

  • Provide companies with a reasonable priced pre-hiring assessment tool to evaluate salespeople
