General Terms:
We don’t allow the following websites:
1. Promotes sexually explicit materials
2. Promotes violence
3. Promotes discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age
4. Promotes illegal activities
5. Incorporates any materials which infringe or assist others to infringe on any copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights or to violate the law
6. Includes “Merchant” or variations or misspellings thereof in its domain name
7. In any way unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable to us in our sole discretion.
8. Contains software downloads that potentially enable diversions of commission from other affiliates in our program.
9. You may not create or design your website or any other website that you operate, explicitly or implied in a manner which resembles our website nor design your website in a manner which leads customers to believe you are Sales Coach or any other affiliated business.
Email Marketing Policy:
Email Campaigns are allowed as long as partners are CAN-SPAM Compliant. Email campaigns are allowed upon request. Please contact us for suppression lists and email creative. Any affiliate that runs mail campaigns without contacting us first is considered in violation of our terms and conditions.
Search Policy:
We encourage affiliates to use our keywords in their search engine optimization. However, affiliates may not use our trademark name, our domain name or misspellings or variations of these. Please see our Program Terms to view search policies.
Violation Policy:
All affiliates must abide by the terms and conditions set by Sales Coach. If affiliates in anyway violates these terms and conditions, they will be at risk of getting removed from the Sales Coach account. If such affiliate has been violating the terms and conditions of this account and have been reached out to, whether that be by email, phone, or via Commission Junction three times, and such affiliate has not returned contact, they will be automatically revoked.
